Le Bistrot Français is a restaurant located in the historic center of Bucharest, behind the Romanian Athenaeum, in an impressive building that was once the residence of the French architect Albert Galleron. He was recommended by Charles Garnier, his colleague and the creator of the Paris Opera, to design the Romanian Athenaeum.
"FOR A DISH TO BE GOOD, WATER MUST BE OF QUALITY. AT BISTROT FRANÇAIS, WE USE NAZZURO WATER EVEN IN THE PREPARATION OF DISHES."
