Demi, with over 20 years of gastronomic experience, and Dani, with his contagious passion for food and expertise in communication and advertising, brought to life two memorable culinary destinations: The Grill and Inpresso.

The idea took shape in Argentina during a vacation spent together. In just three days after discovering the location, they signed the contract and began envisioning their project. This was followed by a period of research and travel in search of inspiration for the kitchen, design, and interior decorations. The two partners worked hard to find the best suppliers, the freshest ingredients, and the perfect wines to complement each meal.
